Build Citations like a Pro in 5 Minutes
You only need to remember 3 things
#1 A citation is just a listing: If you’re new to the word, that’s all you’re working with. If you can create a profile for your business on a website and click submit, you know everything you need to know.
Start at the top of the “Add business link” column. Click on each link, and fill out all the information for your business on the page you’re taken to by the link. Once you’ve submitted, you’ve built a citation.
#2 Accuracy matters: Fill out as much as you can, but make sure that it’s all accurate. Some directories are special “aggregates” that send out their information to a bunch of other directories. Bad information could be recognized as a competing listing that will now appear next to your work.
